Animated GIFs are never classified, even when the movie they're taken from is (classified movies feature currently active-duty military members so I take steps to hide their faces from non-members). None of the 'classified' GIFs will feature the guy's face, so we don't have to obscure anything. That means these animated GIFs are a great way to promote classified videos. Since we can't show his face, let a swinging dick or shaking ass do the work.
For older videos where the guy's been out of the service for some time, you can see his face in the GIFs.
