Animated GIFs are never classified, even when the movie they're taken from is (classified movies feature currently active-duty military members so I take steps to hide their faces from non-members). None of the 'classified' GIFs will feature the guy's face, so we don't have to obscure anything. That means these animated GIFs are a great way to promote classified videos.
